At Smart N Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Original tags, accessories, and invoice (if provided) must be included.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
Received a damaged or defective product
Received a wrong item (different from the order)
⚠️ Returns or exchanges based on personal preference, size issues, color variation (due to screen differences), or change of mind are not accepted.
Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 2 days of delivery.
Share your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, and the issue.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, the product will be exchanged with the same item (subject to availability).
If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative may be offered.
If the issue is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be covered by Smart N Shop.
If returned without a valid reason, the request will not be accepted.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Items on sale or clearance
Used or damaged items due to customer handling
Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
Currently, cash refunds are not offered.
Approved cases may receive an exchange or store credit only.
